2008. 9' x 7', spray paint on OSB (oriented strand board) wood panel
Site-specific outdoor painting created for a themed exhibition called "heroes". Shapes found in Julius Shulman's architectural photographs and dazzle camouflage painting style used on first world war ships, collide and reflect on elusiveness, creation and heroes. Since then, the work has moved into the Neuroscience Imaging Laboratory at the University of California in Santa Barbara.
